The Spirit of God

"But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you."
— John 14:26 KJV

The Key

"In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters."
— Genesis 1:1-2 KJV

"So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them."
— Genesis 1:27 KJV

I

The Mirror of Mind

This Divine image of God as male and female offers a glimpse of a necessary balance inherent in all things. The Aeons, emanated in pairs such as Nous (Mind) and Aletheia (Truth), reveal both a Masculine and Feminine Light, similar to the likeness of the sun mirrored in the shadow of the moon. This equilibrium is also seen in the Archetypal Anima and Animus.

"Let there be Light." — Genesis 1:3 KJV

When God ‘spoke’ these words it was so. With the Divine Mind there is no delay between a thought and its manifestation. However the externalizations of our minds experience a delay caused by the progression of time. Translating the Infinite Light into a finite thought is the full time job of our consciousness.

The Tree of Knowledge

Unconscious Mind

The Unconscious Mind is the deep, dark ocean of the Mother’s womb. Through the Father it is the primordial memories born of the creation. Its waters pour forth the wellspring of the collective unconscious. It is the uncreated light contained in the Fullness of the Pleroma. It is the radiance of our shared reminiscence.

Conscious Mind

The Conscious Mind is the spiritual awareness of Christ and through Jesus it is the awakened image of God. It is the “I Am”, and the bridge between the infinite Logos and the finite thought. It is the spoken word and the present moment. It is the radiance of our shared presence.

Subconscious Mind

The Subconscious Mind is the promised indwelling of the Holy Spirit. Through Wisdom it is the translation of the Mother’s Depth and the Father’s Light. It is the breath between thoughts and the dreams that inhabit our sleep. It is the reminder of past lessons and the comforter that guides us toward the Truth. It is the radiance of our shared destiny.

Gnosis

Gnosis is a deep understanding of the Divine, through a personal, lived connection. It is the light within, and the reflective observation of experiential truths. Gnosis is to touch fingers and ignite the static spark with a God at Rest. It is the meditative moment of a deep revelation. It is the radiance of our shared connection.
